Recommended dosage

2 sachets of Myoviv™ per day for 1 to 2 weeks, then maintenance dose of 1 sachet per day (in the evening). This may be taken together with your daily Biosil intake. Dissolve the powder thoroughly in a glass of water. The use of alcohol and antacids can reduce the effect, so the maintenance dose must be increased from 1 to 2 sachets per day.
